PH76 Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of ph76, accessible at ph76.vu ("the Platform"). By creating an account, logging in, placing a bet, or otherwise using any service on the Platform, you enter into a binding agreement with ph76.

ph76 conducts identity verification as part of the account process. You may be asked to provide government-issued ID, proof of address, or other documents. Verification is required before withdrawals can be processed. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable period may result in account limitations.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ph76 uses OTP verification to help secure account access. Do not share your password or OTP with anyone. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Currency

All transactions on ph76 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). No currency conversion is applied. Your wallet balance, deposits, and withdrawals are all denominated in PHP.

Accepted Payment Methods

ph76 supports deposits and withdrawals via Philippine e-wallets (such as GCash and Maya), local bank transfers, and Philippine online/mobile banking. The specific methods available may vary and are displayed during the deposit and withdrawal process in your account.

Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as funding methods for gaming transactions on ph76.

Withdrawal Conditions

5. Betting Rules

Placing Bets

Odds and Markets

Odds displayed on ph76 are subject to change up to the point a bet is confirmed. The odds that apply to your bet are those shown at the moment of confirmation. ph76 covers a wide range of markets including PBA, NBA, boxing, volleyball, football, esports, and international league events.

Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, technical errors resulting in incorrect odds, or where the outcome cannot be determined. Voided bets will have the stake returned to the member's account.

Maximum Winnings

ph76 may apply maximum payout limits to certain markets or bet types. Where a payout limit applies, it will be disclosed in the relevant betting section. Bets that exceed the maximum payout limit will be settled at that limit.

Live / In-Play Betting

In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time due to game events or circumstances outside ph76's control. ph76 is not liable for bets that cannot be placed or confirmed during a suspension period.

6. Promotions and Bonuses

ph76 runs promotions and bonus offers for active members from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be posted on the Promotions page when an offer is active. The general principles below apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise.

• Promotions are available to verified members with accounts in good standing.
• Only one promotion may be active per account at a time unless explicitly stated.

• ph76 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, with notice provided where reasonably possible.
• Any attempt to abuse a promotion — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts or placing offsetting bets — will result in the bonus being forfeited and the account reviewed.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on ph76. Engaging in any of the behaviours below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Attempting to manipulate or exploit any game, system, or promotion.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a way that provides an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, betting on events where you have inside information, or any form of fraudulent wagering.
• Money laundering or using ph76 for any illegal financial activity.
• Sharing, transferring, or selling your account to another person.
• Using the Platform in any way that disrupts its normal operation or harms other users.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

ph76 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Terms have been breached, fraudulent activity has occurred, or the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

In cases of suspected fraud or prohibited conduct, ph76 may freeze account funds pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, any winnings obtained through that breach may be voided and the account closed without a refund of bonus funds.

Members wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting ph76 support. Any remaining verified balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

ph76 provides its Platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the Platform runs reliably, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the Platform will be free from errors at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph76 shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits or winnings arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions beyond our control.
• Losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits ph76's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
